Pancho - my protector

As I have mentioned before, my favorite baby is Pancho. He is two and half years old and he's adorable. He has two little dimples when he smiles and has a giggle that will melt your heart. He's known as the resident bully, but I've found that is only because he learns more quickly and therefore needs more activities to keep him busy. He does like the rough and tumble play more than the rest, but I'm all for that, and so is his twin sister Regina, so it seems to work out until he leaps onto one of the younger kids. But anyway, for some reason I've really clicked with him and he's always excited to see me and is the one I look forward to seeing the most. Now the story...
Two days ago, we were all in the playroom playing, and Pancho and Benjamin were starting to have a little quarrell and Benjamin bit Pancho's calf. As I was splitting this up, Benja promptly bit me as well on my arm. Afterward Pancho came up to me and said 'look, it hurts' and pointed to where Benja bit him. I proceeded to say 'look, he bit me too, right here on my arm' and I showed him the now appearing bite marks. He immediately got this look in his eye, and I suddenly realized what he was about to do. He was going to get Benja back for me. I went to snatch his arm in attempt to stop him, but he bolted and ran straight for Benja and shoved him to the ground. He then ran back to me, with this look that was saying, I got him for you. He jumped in my lap and was very pleased with himself. I felt really bad about the whole situation, because his intentions were pure, but he went about solving them in the wrong way. I tried to explain this to him in my broken Spanish, but I don't think I ever really got the point across.
