Part 2: Let the Move Begin! Road Trip - Minneapolis to Phoenix

Our entire purpose for driving through Roswell was to go to the International UFO Museum there.  I have always that it would be fun to go and it was finally a possibility without taking us too far out of the way. The whole town is alien themed which is really fun.
The museum was actually very interesting and you could spend hours inside it reading through all of the material.  There is a large timeline in there with all of the newspaper clippings and posted personal accounts along the way.  They had an Area 51 section, UFO Pictures section (both identified and unidentified pics), etc... There were also some fun exhibits just to take pictures of.

The next stop was at the Billy the Kid Museum in the hills where he resided most of his life.  I learned a lot of interesting things about Billy the Kid.

We then came across the World's Largest Pistachio at the McGinn's Pistachio Tree Ranch.  They had all sorts of pistachios to taste test and they were delicious.  They even had Pistachio Brittle.

Our last scheduled stop for the trip was at White Sands National Monument.  We had a blast playing around here.  It had rained a bit that day so the sand was freezing cold and still wet but that didn't stop us.  We had long jump contests off the tops of the dunes and took lots of photos.
