After we finished touring Vancouver Island we hopped on a flight to Atlanta to go see and visit some of Brett's mission memories. We stayed with his great Aunt who lives about
15 minutes outside of downtown in a place called 'Stone Mountain.' She was really hospitable, and gave us a comfortable place to stay. Some of the things we got to do while we were in Atlanta were... we went to the famous 'Varsity' fast food place, then downtown we went through the Coca-Cola Factory. We spent about 3 hours there, tasting all the different drinks coca-cola makes around the world, watching a 4-D movie, taking the general tour w/ the guide, etc... We had a blast. We also went up to the top of the Weston Building to view the city, shopped in the 'underground', had lunch in the CNN center, and walked all of the streets. After the day downtown, we went to dinner with President Shmid, the nicest old man I've ever met, who was in the Stake Presidency in one of the areas Brett served in. He took us out to a really good Chinese restaurant and we got to chat with him for a couple hours which was really fun. 
We ended up flying out of Atlanta Sunday morning which was not the original plan, but had to because of full flights when we had originally planned to leave Atlanta. So our trip got cut a bit short, and Brett didn't get to visit a lot of families and people he wanted to, which was too bad, but oh well, what can
you do!
