When it hurts to look back, and you're scared to look ahead, you can look beside you and your best friend will be there.

I cut my hair!

Well the news of the day - I chopped my hair off and will put a picture on here soon. I cut off approximately 12 inches and I love it - I'm not sad one bit. I feel like my head weighs a pound less, it's fantastic.

I have my last final tomorrow and then school is officially done for the semester - yay! I will be in Cedar City for at least another week though - because I have the outdoor conference championships next week in Kansas.

The real news is what I am going to do this summer. I am going to go to Santiago, Chile for three months to volunteer in an orphanage. I finally got accepted into the volunteer program, and am currently starting to work on all the details of actually taking this trip - flight plans, visa, etc... I'm really excited, because it is a great opportunity for me even though it will definitely be a challenge as well. The next few weeks I'm going to be studying spanish like I've never studied it before and then the first week of June I will be off. Crazy!
