Brett and I had a lovely Thanksgiving with Brett's family here in Cedar City and this is the dish Brett prepared as an appetizer. It is called Capri Salad. It is made with tomato slices, mozzarella slices, a touch of fresh basil garnish, drizzled lightly with olive oil.
