On the road between St. George and Enterprise, on the way to the farm there are several old volcanoes that look pretty neat. Every time we drive by we comment on how we would like to hike up them someday. After a day at the farm, we were on our way home and decided to go ahead and try to get to the top of one. We made it, and the inside was just a huge cavern. It was pretty neat.
